Garment Production
Control
◎ Transfer Order color assortment quantity from the Production Worksheet. PC staff input cutting assortment and sewing sections detail. The piece rate can be based on IE value or direct input unit price.
◎ Each style's daily production target can be defined by IE value. Return rate and WIP quantity parameters can be set up first for further reference.
◎ Cutting Lot data input to a system directly from the cutting dept. The related cutting report can be generated from cutting lot data including order cutting quantity and fabric consumption.
◎ Sewing data can scan bar codes in the production office or in the IQC station in production lines.
◎ IQC return reason and quantity can be corrected in the production line and produce analysis report immediately.

Project Resource Management

The bidding details list can contain thousands of details. If multiple people are assigned to work in Excel, the problem of data synchronization is often caused.

PRM starts from the transfer of the details of the bid and can record the material procurement cost or outsourcing cost on each item, to truly grasp the progress of the entire project, and it is not easy to cause human omissions.

Project Daily Mangement

For a project to be profitable, mastering the progress of the project is the key factor for success. After the PDM system imports the project schedule, it can track and analyze the preset progress and the actual progress at any time, to truly grasp the work progress of every detail.

The system can record and manage the details of each single construction project in detail. Records and logs such as construction projects, site materials, construction personnel, machine tool management, sampling test, supervision content, supervision details, etc. can be recorded in the system so that relevant personnel can simultaneously know the progress of the project.

Face Recognition Terminal
Uface 7 is a face recognition product with high performance and high reliability, which depends on the deep learning algorithm, it also has the characteristics of quick recognition speed and high accuracy. This product supports 1:1 and 1:N modes, with an embedded card reader.
Glinton Face terminal is equipped with a self-developed complete management background, which can manage the attendance information of each worker according to the department. The face database can also be synchronized with the full-featured face background system's HR system.
Production WIP
monitoring system
◎ An optional function for the Garment Production Control system.
◎ the Main function is to collect real-time production data from the shop floor and display it on the monitor device.
◎ From the cutting panel assign a sewing line from Supermarket, WIP monitor show up output quantity and in-process quantity.
◎ All production parameters of each style and sewing line can be set up freely by PC staff. WIP monitor will calculate the output and return for repairing quantity based on those parameters, final signal (indicator) will be displayed in real-time.
Production Control System -- SCH
◎ SCH is a Windows-based stand-alone software application, the user can install SCH on his PC without the hassle database setup procedure.
◎ SCH's main functions are to handle complex time schedules and IE value calculation when doing master order scheduling.
◎ Besides the estimated production schedule, SCH can import real daily production quantity from sewing lines for comparison and schedule adjustment.
◎ All master order production schedules can be shown on Gantt Chart, the user can easily drag and place new schedules directly from the chart for re-scheduling.
